I personally got to work with Katie Lewis. As a first time home buyer, I was extremely cautious and unaware of the necessary steps to begin looking for a home. It was a true blessing to be paired with Katie, who will be our forever realtor! She invested so much of her time and energy making sure we were involved in the process and aware of what each step meant—even scheduling a zoom lesson to make sure I was knowledgeable of all language in the necessary paperwork. Brent Thompson is probably one of the most knowledgeable agents in the Baton Rouge area. Prior to listing our home with him, he did a walk-through and made several recommendations on some things he thought we could do that would increase our potential once we hit the market. We took his advice and it made a few updates. When it came time to actually list he did the research and knew the local market.
